1 Eligibility & Age Requirement

2 Account Registration

3 Deposits & Payments

All account balances on 77 VIP Game are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and standard bank cards. The platform does not support deposits in any foreign currency — all transactions must be made in PKR.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 per transaction. Deposits through JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your game balance within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

• You must only use payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds are returned to their origin. If your deposit method cannot receive funds, our support team will arrange an alternative in PKR.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. VIP-tier members receive expedited processing, with Platinum members eligible for same-hour handling on active days.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• If your account has an active bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be initiated. Initiating a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements will forfeit the bonus balance.
• 77 VIP Game reserves the right to request identity and payment verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or large amounts.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

77 VIP Game offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to them at the time of issue. General bonus rules that apply across all promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and form part of your bonus balance, separate from your real-money balance, until wagering requirements are met.

6 Betting Rules

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• In-play bets are accepted during live matches subject to market availability. Odds may change between the time you select a bet and the time it is confirmed — the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance apply.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or rescheduled, 77 VIP Game reserves the right to void all bets on that event and refund the stake to your account balance.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

77 VIP Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or collusion.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected policy breach, any balance held in the account will be retained pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in full. Where no violation is confirmed, the balance will be released and the account restored or closed at the player's preference.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily should contact support. Remaining real-money balances (excluding active bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal within the standard timeframe upon account closure.
