If a match is abandoned, cancelled or does not produce a result within the official completion window, bets are typically voided and stakes returned to your PKR balance. This applies to rain interruptions in T20 and ODI formats where a result cannot be determined. Specific settlement rules for each market are available in the Terms and Conditions.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. Please review your selection, stake amount and odds carefully before confirming. If you believe a bet was placed in error due to a technical issue on the platform, contact support immediately with the bet ID and full details.
